I specialize in Boomers and Seniors.

I have four certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE): 

                         -Personal Trainer
                         -Group Fitness Instructor
                         -Lifestyle and Weight Management Consultant
                         -Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist

This last certification allows me to work with several special needs clients.  I have the advanced qualifications to train clients with any of the following serious health issues:

                         -Newly diagnosed or chronic cardiovascular conditions, such as CAD
                         -Newly diagnosed or chronic metabolic conditions, such as the metabolic syndrome
                         -Newly diagnosed or chronic orthopedic conditions
                         -Post-rehabilitation patients following PT discharge

Besides these serious conditions, the Advanced Health and Fitness Specialist certification also qualifies me to work with the following health issues:

                        -Hypertension
                        -Diabetes
                        -Blood Lipid Disorders
                        -Asthma
                        -Postural, Gait, and Balance Concerns
                        -Musculoskeletal Injuries of Both the Upper and Lower Extremities
                        -Pre- and Postnatal Concerns
                        -Low Back Pain

And, of course, I am always there for weight loss and toning!
