*Please note that all sessions are tailored to client needs; therefore session lengths and the number of days per week are always negotiable and mutually decided by the client and the trainer dependent on the client's goals....nothing is set in stone.  With that said, the following are general guidelines for times and rates.

Individual Packages:
Option 1

Package A
           -$50 per hour session
           -Approximately 24 weeks (2 sessions per week/48 sessions)

Package B
           -$55 per hour session
           -Approximately 16 weeks (2 sessions per week/32 sessions)

Package C
           -$60 per hour session
           -Approximately 8 weeks (2 sessions per week/16 sessions)

Option 2
Pay Per Hour Session—No Package Chosen
$70

Group Packages:
Group training is becoming more and more popular.  The savings is great and the extra motivation is crucial.  Friends who train together are usually always successful and they have so much fun.  Find a friend and enjoy the savings and the support.

For 2 people training together, save 25% off each person per package
For 3 people training together, save 35% off each person per package

All packages include Lifestyle and Weight Management Consulting.  If you are interested solely in nutritional consulting, please see the "Lifestyle/Weight Management" Section to the left.

Conditions:
Clients can choose to pay in one of two fashions:  monthly (every 8 sessions) or pay in full, which will be discounted 10%.

All packages and paid amounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

There will be a $3 charge per session for clients who live outside 22 miles from my previous location.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or the full session cost will be forfeited.
