Equipment

When Wherever Wellness, LLC. comes to you, I bring whatever materials are appropriate to improve your condition or help you reach your goals.  There is no need for you to purchase anything unless you choose to do certain moves on your own, which is certainly something you may desire as you become more comfortable and stronger. Cardio workouts can usually be performed in solo; thus, I will focus on a variety of core, strength, flexibility, balance, and posture trainings with you--all dependent on your needs, of course.  While these moves are not considered cardiovascular, you can expect an increase in heart rate.  The following are some, (but not all), of the common types of equipment I use:

Hoist bench
dumbbells of varying weights
aquatic bells, belt, kick plate, ankle cuffs, noodles--for water-based fitness
stability ball
medicine ball
bosu ball
wobble board
step
weighted bar
EZ bar
weight plates
yoga mats
different varieties of resistance bands/tubing
grip balls
jump rope
sponge balls
fitness ladders
TRX Suspension System
heart-rate monitor

I also always keep an AED, (automated external defibrillator) in case of an emergency.  AED's are known to save lives in case of a heart attack, because they can provide the necessary heart monitoring and shock, if necessary, until the ambulance arrives.
