The health and pharmaceutical industry is a multi-million dollar industry.....yet our country is in a dire health crisis!  Many people are dependent on medications, but did you know that 60% of all health issues can be resolved with effective exercise and proper nutrition? This includes many types of cancers! 

Consider this quote from The American Cancer Society based on 2008 research:  "ONE THIRD OF ALL CANCER DEATHS ARE THE RESULT OF POOR NUTRITION, EXCESS WEIGHT AND OBESITY, AND LACK OF PHYSICAL ACTIVITY. Which means they are preventable. So if you want to reduce your risk, the most important things you can do are eat well and exercise.  Increased muscle mass and higher levels of musculoskeletal fitness (that is, muscular strength and endurance, which you develop through strength training) are both associated with a lower risk of death from ANY cause."
